I conduct a Most Probable Selling Price evaluation on your business. The MPSP I create will determine the likely selling price, potential terms of sale and allow me to advise you on a reasonable asking price. I’ve done this for hundreds of sellers.


I also give you advice on what you could optimize in the short and long term if you have time to prepare the business for sale. Understanding why your business holds a certain value is critical to setting a reasonable asking price and having reasonable expectations of the length of time the business will be on the market.

STEP 3: BUYER READINESS

I prepare a Confidential Business Profile and a Business Snapshot so that when you meet the right buyer you can proceed and make a deal while the interest is high.  More importantly, I teach you the proper sales process for using these documents such that you don’t scare off perfectly good buyers.

Buying or selling a business is scary and is both an emotional and logical exercise. Presenting information at the wrong time can ruin a deal with an ideal buyer.
